Adventure days are the best days! Tigers, lions, cider donuts and apple cider, count me in. We discovered an amazing gem, Cedar Cove Feline Conservatory and Education Center, in Louisburg, Kansas.
We loved learning about the non-profit sanctuary and how they rescued and came to care for these beautiful animals. The love they have for the animals is clear. We took a one hour private tour, walking around the expanse of the sanctuary and listening to compelling stories about each animal and their life story. Our children were in rapt attention and loved learning about each animal and seeing them up close.
It is located just 5 minutes away from the Louisburg Cider Mill so of course we had to stop for their delicious apple cider and cider donuts.
